Disappointing Stay – Not What Was Advertised I was highly disappointed with my recent stay at the DoubleTree Woking. The room I received was not the one advertised when I made my booking. Instead, I was given a tired, dated room that did not reflect the quality expected from a DoubleTree hotel. To make matters worse, I was charged an additional £30 for parking — a fee that was not clearly stated at the time of booking. The service throughout my stay was mediocre — polite but indifferent, with little effort to make guests feel welcome or valued. Overall, it was a frustrating experience and poor value for money. I will not be staying here again and would not recommend it to anyone.

房間設施有點老舊，地面有些頭髮沒有被清理乾淨。也沒想到這裡還有浴缸，可以泡澡。 看到這家酒店還接待達美航空公司的機組過夜入住，説明整體的服務級別是夠的！ 早飯也不錯不錯，各項熱食都很軟嫩。 酒店有提供不過夜的行李寄存服務，免費，很好。

첫 영국 출장이였는데 생각보다 친절했고 안되는 영어를 번역기 돌려 설명해도 친절히 잘 알려 주고 괜찮았어요 다만 시설이 살짝 노후화 된 느낌과 식당 조식은 괜찮은데 판매하는 밥은 맛이 별루 입니다 그것 빼곤 다 만족해요

當天入住時給我開了間一樓的房間，考慮到要住半個月時間，所以去前台讓DANIEL換一間樓層高一點點的，經過協調最後給我換了，感覺挺不錯。

Our stay was very nice lovely food and service on Friday night, the staff were lovey one even let me borrow her glasses I  left mine in the room the only thing I don’t like is the parking fee

Lovely hotel, the location is great as it is a few minutes away from the shopping centre. Me and my husband came for a weekend away and we loved that we could just walk to the shops. The kfc and McDonald’s is a few minutes away too. The room itself was nice, it had the usual stuff, iron, tea and coffee etc. The bathtub was super small, if you are plus size, you will struggle to lay in the bath but it’s not a big problem. The staff were very friendly, we even got given a cookie upon arrival and they kindly gave us a complimentary 1 hour free extra time for check out (we paid £20 for the rest of the hours). Overall a lovely hotel.
